Tring is a great place to bring up young ones. It has plenty of amenities that cater for education, healthcare and recreation. It is also full of families with whom you can connect and share insights.
My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Emma to prepare for the birth of our first baby. Emma’s classes were both informative and relaxing and we both feel so prepared for a peaceful, natural birth at home, thanks to our HyponoBirthing practice. If you’re interested in HypnoBirthing, I would highly recommend working with Emma.
Emily, Berkhamsted
I couldn’t thank Emma enough for teaching me and my husband the art of Hypnobirthing. Even though I ended up being induced I still used the the Hypnobirthing method and had an incredible natural birth. I couldn’t recommend Emma enough, thank you!
Louise, Tring
Emma has a warm and intuitive teaching style. She guided me through my pregnancy and helped me overcome my birthing fears and have the most empowering and rewarding birthing experience. I actually enjoyed it. For that I am hugely thankful.
Sarah, Berkhamsted
The environment was positive and welcoming. The hypnobirthing course was informative, educational and provided us with the tools to have at the birth. I feel more knowledgeable and confident and my partner is now more involved in the process. We feel excited for the birth
Clare, Watford
I just want to say a massive thank you, the hypnobirthing skills you taught us on the course were invaluable during the birth. It gave us so much confidence, the whole experience was calm, anxiety free and positive.
Jessica, Leighton Buzzard
The course was really informative and I learnt so much about birth that I never knew. It was lovely to discuss concerns and other ideas for birth with other couples. I feel a lot calmer and positive about giving birth and more confident that I can handle whatever happens during our birthing experience. I have enjoyed the relaxations so much. I am glad I have plenty of them to listen to before our birthing day.
Amelia, Leighton Buzzard
I did not have any type of pain relief at all and the sensations I had were completely bearable. Iain was also really great, he stayed in control and calm, did the soft touch massage and was generally very soothing. I put my amazing birth experience down to the hypnobirthing lessons and doing the relaxations and birthing affirmations (almost) daily, so thank you for teaching Iain and I the skills we needed to make that happen.
Penny, Rickmansworth
Just to say many thanks. Had it not been for hypnobirthing, I would have not survived! Our baby Eden was born 23rd December and using the hypnobirthing tools saved me! I got to full dilation within 3 hours of the first sign of labour and the breathing literally took the pain away like an anaesthetic would, I was surprised how powerful it was. I cannot emphasise enough the empowerment, confidence, vital knowledge and coping tools that I gained from hypnobirthing. I rarely recommend courses but this is a must for every woman. To be candid I would advise this course is taught to every mother-to-be as standard, simply to equip women with the physical, emotional/mental skills & techniques required to undergo the powerful experience of childbirth; and to access the inner strength required for such a feat!
Zohar, Tring
You might choose to give birth at home if you prefer your own quiet, private and familiar surroundings. Alternatively, the nearest hospital for Tring is Aylesbury, Stoke Mandeville. It should take around 20 minutes by car. There is also a birth centre attached to the hospital for a slightly less clinical environment which caters more for natural birth. You can find out more about the hospital by clicking on the link below.

Osteopathy can help backache, pelvic pain, heartburn and any difficulties you have with breathing during pregnancy. Homeopathy uses natural remedies to solve any medical problems you have and can be very beneficial in pregnancy for issues such as nausea, painful nipples, backache and constipation. It can also help with emotional or mental issues during and after the birth e.g. postnatal depression. Homeopathic kits can also be used during labour.
Although homeopathy is a fantastic way to treat yourself naturally, you should still maintain your relationship with qualified medical professionals like your GP and midwife.

Please check out the ‘What is Hypnobirthing’ article on the Hypnobirthing Classes Tring webpage. You will find all the details here. In case anything is not clear, I am available to offer further explanation.
A pain-free labour is possible with hypnobirthing. Figures from the Hypnobirthing Institute show that only 20%-25% of women require gas or air and 65-70% do not require any pain relief at all. Just 5-10% experience special circumstances with medical intervention. You can read about some of the experiences of my hypnobirthing mums here on my blog.
Whatever you ingest into your body can directly affect your unborn child, including drugs taken during childbirth. Research shows that an epidural can not only prolong your delivery but also increase the chances of other medical procedures, such as forceps. Being drug-free allows you to recover faster and enables you to move more freely during labour and birth.
Signing up is best done between your 20th and 30th week of pregnancy. Do still get in touch if you are past the 30th week as I should still be able to find a course for you. , especially starting from up to 36 weeks.
Practise helps acquire the skill of self hypnosis. The 4-week course allows you sufficient time to master the skill and execute it to the best of your ability. I am also available, even after you complete the classes, to answer any questions and offer guidance.
First-time mothers, those who have had caesarean sections, and even those in their subsequent pregnancies are suited to hypnobirthing. In addition to this, hypnobirthing is suitable for home births, hospital births and birth centre births.
Yes, it will. The techniques that I teach for relaxation and emotional release are easy to learn and allow you to stay calm and in control of your body. Even after your pregnancy, you can use these skills to handle stressful situations in your daily life.
Endorphins are your body’s natural relaxant. Your baby feels the same relaxing sensation as you do. Hypnobirthing allows these hormones to be released naturally, making the delivery and labour more comfortable. Research also shows that babies born naturally are more alert and show more interest in breastfeeding behaviours.
I recommend an internet connection of not less than 2 Mbps for the sessions. You can check your internet speed through this website: http://www.speedtest.net.
Course downloads may be cheaper, but they are in no way interactive, as the sessions at Hypnobirthing Tring. You can ask questions and participate actively in the live sessions to learn the techniques necessary for success.
No matter where you are located, as long as you have a good internet connection, you take one of our classes in the comfort of your own home.
